Terms of Use

Welcome to Lifewheel. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lifewheel mobile application (the "App") operated by Lifewheel ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Not Medical Advice
The App is an informational and organizational tool only. Lifewheel does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The compound information, protocol suggestions, dosing schedules, correlation insights, and any other content within the App are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any health protocol, supplement, or medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information presented in the App.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any compound data, research summaries, or protocol information provided through the App.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use to track health protocols, log metrics, and view compound information. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or security features
- Create derivative works based on the App
- Use automated means to access or scrape data from the App
- Share your account credentials with third parties
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Lifewheel Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including protocol configurations, dose logs, metric entries, lab results, and progress photos. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Data Export. You may export your data at any time through the App's export functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, content, compound database, research summaries, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Lifewheel and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond the limited license to use it as described herein.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifewheel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lifewheel and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
